𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 𝗚𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀

As we celebrate our 20th Anniversary in 2024, we proudly launched the "𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗹𝗹 - 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗺" campaign. Our commitment is reflected in these key goals that we've achieved:

1. 𝑬𝒏𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝑻𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒎 𝑺𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝑸𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝑭𝒐𝒓 𝑨𝒍𝒍

- 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒉𝒆𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑺𝒌𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝑫𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒑𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕:

- 27 February: Collaborated with RMUTSV to train 40 young volunteers, emphasizing inclusive tourism services.

- 12-15 September: Conducted hands-on training in Phuket for tourism providers on accommodating travelers with special needs as part of a research project under NSTDA.

- 𝑺𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒓𝒅 𝑰𝒎𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕:

- 𝑷𝒉𝒓𝒂 𝑵𝒂𝒌𝒉𝒐𝒏 𝑺𝒊 𝑨𝒚𝒖𝒕𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒚𝒂 𝑴𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒑𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚: Worked with a research team to design an accessible physical environment on Cheekul Road, which is known for its historic sites and popular cafes. The project plans have been successfully submitted to the municipality.

- 𝑷𝒉𝒓𝒂 𝑵𝒂𝒌𝒉𝒐𝒏 𝑺𝒊 𝑨𝒚𝒖𝒕𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒚𝒂 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝑨𝒅𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝑶𝒓𝒈𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒛𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏: Collaborated with the Provincial Tourism Industry Council to propose projects aimed at making Ayutthaya a model city for inclusive tourism. This included training stakeholders on physical accessibility and service standards managed by PAO.

2. 𝑰𝒏𝒏𝒐𝒗𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝑰𝒏𝒄𝒍𝒖𝒔𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝑻𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒕 𝑨𝒕𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔

- Transformed pathways at Tha Luang Shop into Inclusive Pathways accommodating all visitors, including those who travel in a wheelchair.

- Created 3D models using recycled plastic to illustrate Ayutthayan architecture at Wat Phra Si Sanphet, enhancing understanding for visually impaired visitors.

- Upgraded our office to Universal Design standards, including accessible restrooms for tourists and individuals with disabilities.

3. 𝑭𝒂𝒄𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝑷𝒖𝒃𝒍𝒊𝒄 𝑩𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒇𝒊𝒕 𝑰𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒔 (𝑪𝑺𝑹)

- Held open-air concerts at Tha Luang Shop, donating proceeds to the Special Education Center in Ayutthaya.

- Developed Smart Organic Farm in Na Somdej as an experiential local tourism site.

- Launched CBT For All through our research project on Thai Cooking Experience, creating an inclusive community tourism destination welcoming blind tourists and wheelchair users.

With these 2024 goals, we have achieved all our objectives as we envisioned.𝑾𝒆 𝒘𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒍𝒂𝒖𝒏𝒄𝒉 𝒐𝒖𝒓 2025 𝒈𝒐𝒂𝒍𝒔 𝒔𝒐𝒐𝒏.
